Registration Fees
All prices are given in Japanese YEN. The conversion rates as of January 2025 are as follows: 1JPY = 0.0066 US$ = 0.0063€ = 0.0052£ (up-to-date rates).

* If you would like to bring accompanying person to the Conference Dinner or Welcome Reception, please register them alongside yourself within the 'Registration Fee' section of the registration page. When registering your accompanying, please select the 'Accompanying Person' option.
The fees are as follows:
- Conference Dinner: 7,000 JPY
- Welcome Reception: 3,500 JPY
Registration Fee includes:
- Full Conference Access: Participate in all sessions from 29th July to 5th August 2025.
- Conference Materials
- Name Card (Name Badge): Collect on-site.
- Certificate of Participation: Collect on-site.
- Refreshments: Enjoy complimentary coffee breaks
- Welcome Reception
Payment
- Fees must be paid in Japanese YEN.
- Payment must be made via online portal. The only accepted means of payment is by CREDIT CARD (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club).
- We are cashless.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations submitted on or before Thursday, 29 May 2025 (JST) will be refunded, subject to a 15% administration fee.
- Cancellations received after Thursday, May 29, 2025 (JST) will not be refunded.
- Refunds will be processed after the conference using the original payment method.
By registering for ICPEAC2025, participants consent to the use of their contact details for official conference purposes.
The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference arrangements, including the potential cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. The organizers accept no liability for any resulting costs or inconvenience to participants. We strongly advise participants to obtain their own travel insurance.
Receipt and Letter of Invitation
Following registration for ICPEAC2025, you will receive a confirmation email from the ICPEAC2025 Secretariat. This email will be titled "ICPEAC2025 Registration Confirmation" and will include:

You can then access your “My Page” to download both your Receipt and Letter of Invitation.
A “Letter of Invitation” confirms your registration as a participant at ICPEAC2025. Kindly note that this letter does not imply any financial support for travel or conference expenses.
